In Arch 22 you’ll find a CrossFit® gym and a Weightlifting club. These operate out of two distinct sections of the space, but it’s really one community. The memberships we offer allow all members to jump into any class, and we try to train together as much as possible!

London Weightlifting has been around for over a decade, you might know us as London Olympic Weightlifting Academy (LOWA).

CrossFit® Brokk was borne out of the relationship between the two owners, Tom Peter and Mikey Glenn. These two got together to build the gym of their dreams - an old school CrossFit® gym while preserving the traditional Weightlifting space and specialist coaches.
