Our Classes

  • These 60-minute classes are designed to build strength and skill together! You'll start with a team warm-up led by your coach, then dive into our club program. It’s the perfect balance of mastering the Olympic lifts and powering up your strength.

  • Expect to dial in your squat, bench and deadlift technique and hit some new PBs! This is a great supplement to your CrossFit® or Weightlifting training, as well as being a great starting point if you haven’t done much strength training before.

  • Hybrid is a great class for Hyrox athletes or anyone looking to improve their strength and conditioning. For the first half of the 90 minute session you will do strength and power work, before diving into running and circuit style training. These training blocks end with testing so you can track your progress.

  • Our CrossFit classes are 60 minutes long. Our program is all about helping you build strength and improve your overall conditioning. No matter your fitness level, the workout can be adjusted to give you just the right challenge. We’ll start with a warm-up, then guide you through some skill prep for all the elements of the workout, and finally, we’ll dive into the workout together.

  • This is perfect for those who want to train in functional fitness, but don’t fancy the higher complexity gymnastics or olympic lifts. This is a great way to familiarise yourself with our training methods or just focus on conditioning.
