CrossFit® Class

Our CrossFit classes are 60 minutes long. Our program is all about helping you build strength and improve your overall conditioning. No matter your fitness level, the WOD can be adjusted to give you just the right challenge. We’ll start with a warm-up, then guide you through some skill prep for all the elements of the workout, and finally, we’ll dive into the workout together.

Weightlifting Class

These classes are 60 minutes long, the coach will warm you up as a team and then take you through the club program. The classes combine technical practice of the olympic lifts as well as strength work.

Strength

Expect to dial in your squat, bench and deadlift technique and hit some new PBs! This is a great supplement to your CrossFit® or Weightlifting training, as well as being a great starting point if you haven’t done much strength training before.

Coached open gym session at CrossFit Gym, featuring personalized training and support for all fitness levels.

Coached Open Gym

These sessions are still a chance to get eyes-on coaching. You can do whatever programming you like, this could be personalised programming from one of our coaches or any coach at all. In addition, you can go to your coach with a particular pain point and they will give you a session to address it.

Hybrid

Hybrid is a great class for Hyrox athletes or anyone looking to improve their strength and conditioning. For the first half of the 90 minute session you will do strength and power work, before diving into running and circuit style training. These training blocks end with testing so you can track your progress.

Conditioning

CrossFit® methodology but without the higher skill components like gymnastics and Olympic Lifting. This is a great starting point if you’re new to this style of training or just want to get a no-frills sweat on.
